  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Maintaining office filing system.
  •  Maintaining the neatness of the reception area to provide a positive image to clients and visitors.
  • Assisting with Office Management
  • Database input, spreadsheets, filing, process incoming and outgoing mail.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate holder.
  • One year experience in the same field.
  • Well versed in MS Office.
  • Good communication skills.
