•  Ensures high quality and appearance of all food.
• Assists with training of kitchen personnel as well as food services staff.
• Manages food and labor costs to ensure profitability.
•  Oversees day to day kitchen operations.
•  Displays strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Responsible for upkeep, repair, and maintenance of all kitchen equipment.

Job Requirements:

•  Knowledge of payroll, ordering, and inventory control.
•  Degree from a culinary program is a plus.
• One year experience in the same field.
• Good computer skills.
