Duties:

Manage customer inquiries and response to requests
Handle and follow up issues with clients via email, calls, online live chat and social media
Develop customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional customer supports
Requirements:
Bachelor degree (minimum)
Fluency in English, Native Mandarin
1-2 years of working experience needed
Customer service attitude-skills.
