Job Description :
A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative in Philippines.
Job Details:
- Gaining customer acceptance on delivered orders to initiate the customer invoicing process.
- Updating customers with order status - submissions, delays, tracking numbers.
- Supporting international shipments.
- Interaction with customers on a regular basis to schedule maintenance and all site activities.
- Issue customer bills and responsibility for billing.
- Review generation at all sites daily, generate reports, notify maintenance team Working on projects.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience is required.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Bachelor's Degree Holder.
- Computer and Web proficient.
