Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative in Philippines.

Job Details:

  •  Purchasing by credit card when accounts are not established.
  • Initiating vendor setup when needed for a new vendor to be added to the Accounting system.
  • Performing QC on all purchase orders before they are sent out.
  • Handling Inbound calls from US based consumers inquiring about credit reporting/ wanting to pay/disputing their debt and or wanting to complain.
  •  Assisting with customer inquiries with highest level of customer service.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
  • Age Below 25 years old.
