Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced System Specialist in Philippines.

Job Details:

•  Manage the selection, ordering, and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for the projects assigned. 
• Proactively work to establish advantageous long-term customer and contractor relationships.  
• Interface with customer throughout the project life cycle to gain feedback on customer satisfaction.
• Onboarding new data into Yardi and uploading data into Rent Café daily.
• Complete or assist with securitizations and other projects.
• Serve as escalation point for all Help Desk tickets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
