Job Description :
Duties
- Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies.
- Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
- Supervise and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
- Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Previous relevant experience of minimum 3 years.
- Be a smart and presentable.
- Excellent customer service attitude-skills.
