Job Description :

Duties:

• Offer technical support consultation on hardware, software & networking maintenance services to corporate clients.
• Handle advance customer technical enquiries and product/system demonstration.
• System/application troubleshooting and administration of software and systems on the Cloud Platform.
• Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 7 years on computer and Cloud systems and software applications.
• Creative minded.
• Communication and presentation skills.
