Looking for a Property Supervisor in Bahrain.

Job Details:

  •  Knowledge of vendor contracts, contractor, law, and competitive bidding processes.
  •  Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to utilize computers. 
  •  The ability to prioritize projects and the ability to multi-task. 
  •  Working knowledge of Mechanical and Structural components of buildings.
  •  Ability to work both independently and be a team player.
  •  Working knowledge of Mechanical and Structural components of buildings.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder.
  •  Effective interpersonal skills. 
  •  Strong analytical and problem - solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • 4- years experience is required.
