Looking for a Human Resource Executive in Malaysia.

Job Details:

• Set-up compliant on-boarding packages, checklists, and notify all needed parties of updates, changes, or additions.
• Manage quarterly calls with vendors, determine if SLAs are being exceeded based on agreements, and address ongoing systematic   issues, customer service, etc. 
• Partner with background vendors to identify any gaps, inconsistencies, and manage vendor relationships.
• Audit and analyze employee reports to catch errors, measure quality, and provide feedback.
• Assist executive management in gathering information for internal data reporting and analysis.
• Manage client compliance, on-boarding requirement, inclusive of background checks, drug testing, and client required documents.
