Job Description :

Duties:

  • Implementing leasing strategies to achieve corporate’ objectives
  • Offer quality service including handle enquiries and site inspections
  • Handle leasing and tenancy matters including but not limited to tenants liaison, tenancy negotiation and stall handover
  • Liaise with operation team to make business running smooth
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years solid experience in leasing or sales, food & beverage or retail leasing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
