Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead in Kochi,Kerala.

Job Details:

•  Responsible for ensuring that the best technical approach and practices are applied in all phases of the application lifecycle.
• Assist with problem analysis, propose resolution and provide time  resource estimates for implementing the solution.
• Develop, enhance, fix bugs, support, test, and document and coordinate application release across environments.
• Participate within an Agile (Scrum) development team.
• Collaborate with fellow IT and software developers both off-shore and on-shore while building knowledge base.
• Participate in technical design discussion and hands-on solution implementation.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
• Good communication skills.
