Job Description :
A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Care Associate in Philippines.
Job Details:
- Manage communicating with customers through email.
- Attend to phones calls to resolve inquiries and concerns of German customers.
- Build strong client relationship and improve customer experience.
- Liaising closely with internal departments and external entities for documentary requirements.
- Keep customer updated of case status and resolution times.
- Submission of necessary documents & reports.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience is required.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Degree/Diploma Holder.
- Good communication skills.
