A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Care Associate in Philippines.

Job Details:

•  Manage communicating with customers through email.
• Attend to phones calls to resolve inquiries and concerns of German customers.
• Build strong client relationship and improve customer experience.
• Liaising closely with internal departments and external entities for documentary requirements.
• Keep customer updated of case status and resolution times.
• Submission of necessary documents & reports.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication skills.
