Job Description :
Duties:
- Lead a team of credit analysts and provide staff development and training
- Analyze credit proposals and assess credit risk
- Manage and monitor loan portfolio, ensure credit quality and full compliance of Bank’s policies & lending guidelines
- Requirements:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
- Min 6 years of relevant working experience
- Good communication and report writing skills
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
