Required Senior Manager In Oman

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Senior Manager in Oman.

Job Details:

•  Manages a team of direct reports; mentors and coaches for top performance; grows direct reports on appropriate career path; grows   technical capability in others.
•  Project manages writing portion of RFP’s and ensures version control.
•  Performs end-to-end client project management for client assignments.
•  Manage writing projects from start to finish; review all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and expectations are met.
•  Manages resources; controls costs; understands and is mindful of revenue recognition.
•  Play an active leadership role on the Data Insights & Initiatives team, embodying our mission and constantly pushing the team to grow   and evolve.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience is preferred.
• Minimum 15 years experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
