Purchase & Inventory Coorinator

Job Description :

Duties:

• Maintain organized project files, enquiry database and sample shipment records
• Follow up sample at different stages, purchase order raising and related documents to suppliers
• Coordinate shipments between factories and forwarders
• Requirements:
• At least 3 years or above in production planning, purchase projection and placing orders with suppliers experience
• Shipping knowledge will be advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in computer knowledge
• Good command of spoken Mandarin & English
