Job Details:

•  Communicate regional merchandising expectations for the food bars, food venues, fresh pack and culinary programs to Team Members.
• Ensure integrity and execution of all menus, planograms and core items.
• Demonstrate advanced product knowledge and sustained awareness of new products.
• Train team members on food safety compliance.
• Prioritize production lists for back of house.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• Three years experience in the same field.
• Good computer skills.
• Time management skills.
