Job Details:

•  Prepare and present quarterly evaluations of productivity for the sales organization.
•  Manage the assigned branch by ensuring full compliance of company policies and procedures.
•  Coach and counsel employees on overall performance and provide recommendations to develop areas of concern.
•  Manage to price across all lines of business.
•  Attract, hire, train, develop, motivate and manage members of a world-class sales organization.
•  Maintain non-discriminatory practices in business.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 to 9 years experience.
