Urgently looking for an experienced HR Generalist in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Conducts new employee orientations, maintains and updates new hire/enrollment materials..
•  Oversees short-term disability approval and tracking with communication to payroll.
•  Analyzes reports and data to determine themes and actions required for improvement.
•  Coordinates Annual business meetings as needed.
•  Performs work under general supervision.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s Degree.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
