Test Manager ( Banking)

Job Description :

Duties:

• Prepare testing approach/plan and related testing activities
• Formulate test plan to fulfill both functional and non-functional testing requirements
• Take part in agile workshop to generate testing approach and perform risk assessment with teams
• Requirements:
• Degree in information technology or related discipline
• At least 5 years' experience in banking testing area, including minimum 3 years in test management on both functional and non-functional testing areas
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Managerial skills.
