Job Description :
Urgently required Admin Assistant in Singapore.
Job Details:
- Provides records of inventoried purchases upon request.
- Maintains electronic distribution lists, Division email and regular mailboxes and manages regulardisbursement of personnel and other electronic announcements.
- Managing the conference room calendar for both internal and external meetings.
- Maintains a dedicated knowledge of procedures, with a broad knowledge of the department, divisional products and company organization.
- Setting up before and cleaning up after meetings and virtual meetings.
- Prepares regular reports and analysis pulling information from multiple sources.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience is preferred.
