A leading Company Looking for an experienced Real Estate Agent in Philippines.

Job Details:

•  Closes sales by understanding buyer, investor or seller requirements by matching their requirements to their listings, showing properties with them and   demonstrating the benefits that will work for their real estate needs.
• The ability to use professionalism with your clients at all times ethically and morally.
• Be a self-starter and self-motivated in the Real Estate Industry.
• Acquire new clients at buyer and listing appointments.
• Negotiate offers and oversee the contract-to-close process (with heavy admin help).
• Follow up with warm leads pre-appointment and leads who don't sign an agency agreement post-appointment.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
