A leading company looking for an experienced IT Technician in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Adheres to internal working rules and guidelines, and proposes process improvements.
• Processes all assigned tasks and checks progress of agreed transactions and workflows to ensure timely completion.
• Responds to operations related enquiries, may act as first point of contact in subject matters.
• Reports accurately and timely to accountable management.
• Liaises with functionally involved Operations and Professionals.
• Completes IT Service and Solution Management related transactions with involved internal and external parties.

Job Requirements:

• Five years experience in the same field.
• Graduate holder.
•  Operating systems experience.
•  Strong written and oral communication skills.
