Duties:

Manage the shows daily sales performance and sales team
Assist the Event Director and Show Manager to ensure sales strategies are created and followed
Manage and motivate junior staff ensuring the companies standards or performance are met
Requirements:
Prior experience in relevant field.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
