Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Commis in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Assist in the set up and break down of service areas for daily operation.
•  Stock inventory appropriately in coordination with CDP/Chef.
•  Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
•  Prepare, cook and service all food items for a la carte andor buffet menus according to hotel recipes and   standards.
•  Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.
•  Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.

Job Requirements:

•  Degree Holder.
• Two years experience in same field.
• Good Communication Skills.
•  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
