- Senior Human Resources Manager
Job Description :
Duties:
- Support and review the compensation and benefits programmes to ensure they meet the business objectives and best practices
- Develop and agree the Hong Kong Compensation & Benefits team objectives; manage, motivate and appraise team members and work with others in the HR team to deliver objectives
- Manage the monthly payroll (including Medical expenses reimbursement, OT payment and salary payment) and reporting for the Hong Kong payroll
- Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 12 years’ relevant work experience with at least 5 years’ in a supervisory role for professional firms
- Be Familiar with Hong Kong and China employment regulations and tax matters
