Required Reservation Agent in Kuwait.

Job Details:

•  Responsible for weekly accounting reports related to charges and debits of ARC account.
•  Prepare and process incoming reservations accurately.
•  Maintains the highest standard of excellence for subordinates, company personnel, and all people contacted through personal   appearance and attitude.
•  Maintain a reference file for and be familiar with all active offers.
•  Assist in fielding overflow of incoming calls, providing quotes and creating new bookings.
•  Provides friendly, polite, and expert customer service, including anticipating customer needs, suggesting alternatives and problem   solving, and can satisfy those needs with a minimum amount of supervision.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience.
• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
