Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Operations Manager in Oman.

Job Details:

•  Provide manufacturing support to engineering.
•  Manage operational procedures such as verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and dispositioning merchandise, and   maintaining warehouse inventory.
•  Provide on-going employee cross-training to insure flexibility in production scheduling.
•  Operate facility in compliance with federal, state and local statues to establish and practice a culture of safety among the team members   at all times.
•  Administration and coordination of all training activities with the work cell/area.
•  Provide communications verbally and in writing about manufacturing processes and product design, technically or in layperson\'s terms,   to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in BE Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 12 to 15 years experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
