Job Description :

Urgently required an experienced Guest Service Agent in Kuwait.

Job Details:

•  Assist in making reservations for restaurants and limousines for guests.
•  Ensure that the public areas and bell closet/bell stand are maintained, clean and tidy.
•  Assist in airline ticket requests and printing boarding passes.
•  Assist, retrieve and load luggage for guests.
•  Ensure the delivery of parcels, mail and special deliveries to guestrooms, executive offices or meeting rooms.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience is preferred.
• Diploma holder.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
