Required Branch Manager

Job Description :

 A leading Company Looking for an experienced Branch Manager in Philippines.

Job Details:

•  Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly revenue streams.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the sales organization and implement changes.
• Prepare and present quarterly evaluations of productivity for the sales organization.
• Provide support for new product launches, and champion new sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with Segment to facilitate up- streaming of customers.
• Ensure employees are adequately trained on all products/ processes and services facilitating first time resolution. Minimize rejections and customer complaints.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• Graduate Holder.
• With good planning and decision making skills.
