Duties:

  • Provide support to line managers to improve people management skills in their unit
  • Handle end to end recruitment activities and develop an efficient talent acquisition strategy
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation with line management
  • Build good relationships with key stakeholders and line managers, handle all people issues
  • Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience in a series of progressively more responsible HR positions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
