A leading Company Looking for an experienced Training Specialist in Philippines.

Job Details:

  • Assists in the conduct of Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  •  Designs modules and conducts trainings.
  • In charge of all training requests and other training related activities of all department.
  • Assists in the preparation of the Annual Training Plan and Budget.
  • Conducts Orientation for Newly Hired Employees (O.N.E).

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Graduate Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
