Job Description :

Urgently required HR Officer in Kuwait.

Job Details:

•  Deliver core HR services including recruiting, employee relations, employee health/safety, employee learning/development, and HR   legal/regulatory compliance.
•  Coordinate with senior managers and union officials on strategic workforce issues in order to meet workforce goals, make the most   effective utilization of staff, and create and maintain strong performance and results-driven culture.
•  Drive efficiency in overall HR operations, including implementation of HR enterprise services, oversight of salary/wages/benefits.
•  Provide supervision and leadership to a diverse staff of professionals, including several branch chiefs/team leaders, performing all   aspects of human resources management.
•  Design and implement a one to three- and three-to-seven-year workforce plan based on local and national trends and projections.
•  Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short/long-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of   work.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
