Sales Manager (senior Level)

Job Description :

Duties:

• Manage sales team to meet Team KPI
• Set up and maintain good relationship with existing and new clients
• Explore new business opportunities with potential key customers to meet own KPI
• Develop the strategies and action plans for the Sales Team to increase the Company’s customer base and maintain existing customers 
• Requirements:
• Min 8 years of sales experience in freight forwarding industry 
• Experience in leading a Sales Team is highly prefer
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
