A leading Company Looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman in Canada.

Job Details:

•  Initiate or suggest ideas to achieve work goals.
• Provide work direction and guidance to employees to improve their skills. Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Ensure all employees follow proper safety procedures and policies.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, such as digging trenches to lay conduit and moving and lifting heavy objects. Adhere to production schedules and work   hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders on assigned projects.
• Analyze and resolve work problems or assist co-workers in solving work problems.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
•  Ability to manage, train, and instruct others.
• IT/ Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
