Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Operations Technician in Kuwait.

Job Details:

•  Coordinate/Perform necessary calls on PC hardware.
•  Create and maintain tickets and bugs, providing comprehensive and relevant updates.
•  Assist in site preparation of PC acquisitions.
•  Maintain security policies for cell phone/blackberry users.
•  Assist in maintaining an inventory of all equipment located at stores.
•  Monitor work queues to ensure timely responses to our customers.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder.
• Minimum 8 years experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
