Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor in Kuwait.

Job Details:

•  Maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, service requests (received and completed), expenditures, apartment make-   ready status, work-in-progress, etc.
•  Provide outstanding customer service to residents and future residents.
•  Schedule and ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.
•  Maintains proper inventory levels and orders supplies as needed with approval.
•  Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials to handle most common repairs and situations.
•  Assists Team in achieving positive Satisfacts reports by providing professional and courteous customer service.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder.
• Good communication skills.
• Minimum 12 years experience.
