Job Description :
Looking for experienced Human Resources Officer in Qatar.
Job Details:
* Planning and sometimes delivering training - including inductions for new staff.
* Developing HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements.
* Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
* Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
* Undertaking regular salary reviews.
* Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
Job Requirements:
* Minimum one year experience is required.
* Good communication skills.
* Female/Male can apply.
* Degree/Diploma Holder.
