Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Kitchen Supervisor in Oman.

Job Details:

•  Prepare daily menu items based on set recipe files. Prepare specials with prior approval from the kitchen manager.
•  Assists in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
•  Maintain standards of quality with attention to cost, portion controls, eye appeal, seasoning, and flavor.
•  Responsible for the oversight of day-to-day activities of subordinates and assigns responsibility for specific work or functional activities   as directed by on-site management.
•  Manage day to day operations with the assistance of General Manager.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma holder.
• Minimum 5 years experience.
• Good knowledge in the same field.
• Good communication skills.
