Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Receptionist in Oman.

Job Details:

  •  Meeting and greeting clients and visitors in a cordial and friendly manner.
  •  Managing the inventory and ordering of office supplies.
  •  Scheduling appointments.
  •  Maintain conference rooms, restock supplies as needed.
  •  Providing administrative as well as marketing support.
  •  Coordinating courier deliveries to our ports.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Minimum 5 years experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of computers.
