Job Description :

Urgently required Sous Chef in Oman.

Job Details:

•  Coordinates prep for following day’s menu.
•  Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
•  Maintains kitchen cleanliness and food preparation according to state and local health department code requirements.
•  Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedules and assess staff’s performance.
•  Assists with food and supply inventory control systems inform Food Service Director of all production needs.
•  Produce high-quality plates both design and taste-wise.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience.
• High school diploma holder.
• Good knowledge in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills.
