Required Restaurant Manager In Oman

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager in Oman.

Job Details:

•  Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented   in an acceptable manner Educate FOH personnel in product awareness and cultivate long term service knowledge.
•  Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and company policies.
•  Ensure that assigned staff members have reported working; document any late or absent employees.
•  Manage all necessary repair and maintenance issues.
•  Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service at all times.
•  Managing performance of team members, including conducting performance evaluations, training, coaching, and discipline.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder.
•  Strong leadership, supervisory knowledge
• Minimum 5 years experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
