Job Details:

• Maintain accurate data on customer information.
•  Responsible in coordinating with Thai speaking clients.
• Escalate unresolved issues as necessary.
• Ensure quality customer service is delivered at all times.
• Provide relevant information as required.
• Attend and respond to customer complaints and concerns.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• BPO experience is a plus.
•  Background in IT and translation is a big advantage.
