Job Details:

• Closes sales by understanding buyer, investor or seller requirements by matching their requirements to their listings, showing properties   with them and demonstrating the benefits that will work for their real estate needs.
• The ability to use professionalism with your clients at all times ethically and morally.
• The ability to work in the MLS and deliver to a potential buyer, investor or seller data profiles in order to procure them as a client.
• Lists property in the MLS by examining property profiles and data analyzes in which will enhance salability to set a selling price for   their property.
• Develop relationships with potential buyers in the community by placing advertisements with door hangers, tradeshows and responding    to their property inquiries.
• Be a self-starter and self-motivated in the Real Estate Industry.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• High school diploma holder.
• Strong organization skills.
