Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced German Customer Support in Philippines.

Job Details:

  • Responsible in verifying the account information of the client.
  • Provide solution to client problems.
  • Prepare quality reports of transaction.
  • Responsible in sustaining quality feedback and coaching sessions with CSR.
  • Develop and, implements trainings to improve the system.
  • Handle quality check and file report to the management.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • At least Sr. High School graduate.
  • Management Skills.
  •  Proficient in speaking, reading or writing German.
