Job Description :
Looking for a Marketing Assistant in Malaysia.
Job Details:
- Executing protocols for new clients; such as issuing contracts, welcome packets, and referral gifts.
- Assisting department members with general clerical duties, such as correspondence, mail distribution, and photocopying.
- Scheduling meetings, managing a calendar, coordinating agendas and arrangements for both management and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organizing monthly department meetings and working with vendors.
- Proofreading, editing, and producing reports, presentations, and proposals; working with the manager to create and distribute a monthly newsletter.
- Managing data and creating custom reports; maintaining both electronic and physical filing systems.
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Malaysians Only.
- Only male can apply.
- 1 year experience is required.
