Job Description :

Looking for a Marketing Assistant in Malaysia.

Job Details:

  • Executing protocols for new clients; such as issuing contracts, welcome packets, and referral gifts.
  • Assisting department members with general clerical duties, such as correspondence, mail distribution, and photocopying.
  • Scheduling meetings, managing a calendar, coordinating agendas and arrangements for both management and internal/external   stakeholders.
  • Organizing monthly department meetings and working with vendors.
  • Proofreading, editing, and producing reports, presentations, and proposals; working with the manager to create and distribute a monthly   newsletter.
  • Managing data and creating custom reports; maintaining both electronic and physical filing systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  •  Malaysians Only.
  •  Only male can apply.
  •  1 year experience is required.
