A leading Company Looking for an experienced Australian Medical Devices Customer Service in Philippines.

Job Details:

  •  Troubleshoot issues.
  • Handle inquiries related to general produce questions.
  • Documentation of patient feedback.
  • Answer phone calls from Australian clients who avail the medical devices.
  • Provide device information and guide the customer on how to properly use the product.
  • Troubleshoot reported issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Graduate of life science course.
  • Filipino or Australian national.
