A leading company looking for an experiened Customer Service Executive in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

  •  Process and analyze routine claim checks.
  • Process, invoice, collect and follow up deductibles.
  • Evaluate, resolve and record customer queries and problems.
  • Coordinate and process customer orders.
  • Resolve complaints and invoicing problems and respond to inquiries.
  • Provide information required by customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate holder.
  • Knowledge of Computer ( Excel, Word, etc).
  • One year experience in the same field.
  • Good communication skills in English.
