Job Description :
A leading company looking for an experiened Customer Service Executive in Saudi Arabia.
Job Details:
- Process and analyze routine claim checks.
- Process, invoice, collect and follow up deductibles.
- Evaluate, resolve and record customer queries and problems.
- Coordinate and process customer orders.
- Resolve complaints and invoicing problems and respond to inquiries.
- Provide information required by customers.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate holder.
- Knowledge of Computer ( Excel, Word, etc).
- One year experience in the same field.
- Good communication skills in English.
