Looking for a Team Leader in Malaysia.

Job Details:

To assist Campaign Manager & to supervise a team of Telemarketers.
To deliver quality sales & services.
To handle & resolve enquiries escalated from team members as necessary.
To monitor team members' attendance.
To review goal for each team member on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
To support & enable team member to achieve daily KPIs - call target, sales target etc.

Job Requirements:

Excellent problem solving skills.
Good communication skills.
Malaysians Only.
1-3 years experience is required.
