Details:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction in the freight forwarding operation  division of the assigned country to achieve the operations key performance index and the required services standards
• Ensures the implementation of new strategies and initiatives to effectively meet or exceed Company requirements & customer expectations
• Perform in conjunction with Business Development and Solutions on new business and Account Management on penetration business within current customer base.
• Requirements:
• Degree or above 
• Minimum 10 years solid manage of SEA & AIR freight operation experience, including  6-8 years in manager level in freight forwarding field
• Experience in setting strategies, planning and improving operations efficiency and effectiveness
